The sound of my back as I get my bones back into alignment… I’ve been seeing a really good osteopath lately and its going really well. She’s definately magic and I always leave much much better than when I arrived and notice it for weeks after. I’m well on the way to recovery and getting better every day, but it is taking ages. I’m soon off to Punta Cana, in Dominican Republic, on a trip Cris won at her work : all expenses paid trip with palmtrees and as many mojitos as you can drink while soaking in the jacuzzi watching the sunset through the open door of your cabana on the beach…

Anyways, getting ready for all the stuff we’ll be up to and trying to sort out a trip to Lisbon on the long easter weekend, possibly driving there and coming back by plane. This will mean a stop in Madrid for a night which should be a laugh if we manage to meet up with people (as in hopefully they haven’t left on holiday too).

A big happy birthday to Pablo who is now officially more than over the hill! I’m on the way and will soon catch up mate! We can meet up on the easter weekend and exchange old war stories and stuff like that…
